nice post,, i instal all the link above and my xp work perfectly,, but i have a little problem here, i cannot adjust the LCD screen,, its so bright and very flashy,, do u have tips to solve my problem?
when i use win 7 lately, i can adjust my screen brightnes by press 'Fn + right arrow/left arrow' key,,

Do u have XP Synaptics Pointing Device Driver?
I used Acer supplied (driver from eRecovery in Windows 7), readme file said it is for XP/Vista/7

Udah saya coba install di WinXPSP2N, tapi kok tetep minta driver "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus"
di Device Manager statusnya Driver Not Installed
Padahal waktu saya coba audio playbacknya baik2 aja...
Apa cara install saya ada yang salah?
saya jg mengalami hal yg sama... malahan permintaan driver "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" nya sampai empat driver. di audio playback sih ok2 aja, tapi sekali di colok ke speaker luar, gak berfungsi audionya... mohon petunjuknya..
masalah lainnya :
tombol untuk mengatur brightness [fn + <-] & [fn + ->] tidak berfungsi....
mohon bantuannya...
